Later this summer, Pacifica Spindrift Players is planning to produce an exciting 8 week series of staged theatrical readings – and we need performers!

PSP’s Staged Reading Series will include a selection of classic plays and new unpublished works. Each play will be performed twice over the course of a single weekend in August or September 2020, and will include approximately 2-3 rehearsals prior to the performance to be held remotely over Zoom. These staged readings will either be presented streamed from the performers’ homes or possibly (pending local and partner approval) live outdoors.

PSP invites anyone interested in participating in our staged reading series to consider auditioning. Interested performers are asked to submit a video performance of either a dramatic or comedic monologue (no memorization required) by Saturday, July 18 at 11:59 PM.

PSP is committed to inclusivity and non-traditional casting. We are seeking and encouraging all actors to submit, regardless of race/ethnicity, disability, body type, age, gender, gender identity, or gender expression. Any and all experience levels welcome as well.
