PSP is a non-profit, completely
volunteer community theatre. From the beginning
we have attracted the most dedicated and exceptional volunteers
committed to bringing live theatre to the community. The
PSP Board of Directors consists
of over 13 volunteer and 7 elected positions, many of
which have been filled by long time members of the theatre
volunteer for various aspects of theatre productions at
PSP, and experience is not always necessary. We have
opportunities for actors and directors, as well as anyone
wishing to work behind the scenes building and painting
sets, making props or costumes, designing or running lights
and sound, running the box office or ushering, or helping
with mailings or publicity. No matter what your age and
experience, there is a place for you at PSP!
We are always seeking volunteers for
all aspects of theatre production!
Come and work behind the scenes on stage crew or set building/painting.
Or help out with ushering and hospitality!
There are lots of ways to get involved!
PSP also boasts over 500 members
from all over the Bay Area who receive bi-monthly
mailings which include our own Callboard
newsletter and announcements for upcoming shows, auditions,
and volunteer opportunities. In addition, PSP members receive
discounted show tickets; may attend monthly Board meetings;
and can nominate, vote for, and run for elected positions.
PSP membership dues are paid yearly, and cost $15 for individuals,
$10 for students and seniors, and $25 for your whole family.
